Today, more than ever, cigar enthusiasts’ rights are under attack by the FDA. Between higher taxes, cigar bans and over-the-top anti-smoking messaging, those of us who enjoy the premium cigar experience are finding it harder to do so. But that won’t stop us from taking pleasure in our favorite hobby.

Last October, the Premium Cigar Division of Altadis USA joined forces with CRA to help promote the pro-cigar agenda, but we need your help too. Keep the FDA out of your humidor by signing the petitions to tell your legislators to exempt premium cigars from FDA regulation. Congress is listening to us by adding companion Senate Bill 1461 to HR 1639 – Traditional Cigar Manufacturing and Small Business Jobs Preservation Act.
